Yacht Rental Prices in Dubai (2026): What a Boat Costs by Size

Renting a yacht in Dubai costs from AED 350 an hour for a small boat for up to 10 people to over AED 20,000 an hour for a superyacht. Most boats sit in between: a 50–60 ft yacht for 15–20 guests usually costs AED 800–950 an hour, and with a two- or three-hour minimum a typical trip comes to AED 1,600–2,850. These numbers are from the 141 yachts and boats listed on Aceplace in October 2026 — prices you can book today, not estimates.
Prices by yacht size
Every yacht in Dubai is priced per hour for the whole boat, with the captain and crew. The owner sets the price, and the size of the boat decides it more than anything else. Here is the middle of the market for each size — the cheapest quarter and the most expensive quarter are left out, so a single extravagant yacht doesn't skew the picture.
| Yacht length | Guests | Per hour, AED | Boats on Aceplace |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 40 ft | 8–10 | 375–550 | 13 |
| 40–49 ft | 10–15 | 500–750 | 11 |
| 50–59 ft | 15–20 | 800–950 | 43 |
| 60–69 ft | 20–30 | 1,200–1,600 | 24 |
| 70–79 ft | 20–30 | 1,350–3,500 | 14 |
| 80–99 ft | 30–50 | 2,000–3,350 | 17 |
| 100 ft and over | 30–55 | 5,000–14,000 | 18 |
Two things stand out. First, 50–60 ft is where most of the market is — 43 boats, with the tightest price range. If you are a group of 10–20 and don't have a special requirement, this is where you will find the best choice. Second, from 70 ft up the range opens wide: two yachts of the same length can differ by a factor of three, depending on age, brand, interior and extras like a jacuzzi.
What the total costs
The hourly price times the hours you book is what you pay for the yacht. Every boat has a minimum: three hours on most (83 of 141), two hours on 35, four hours on 17 — mostly the large yachts and superyachts. A few examples of real boats:
- Oryx 36ft, 36 ft, up to 10 guests, Dubai Marina — AED 375/hour, 2-hour minimum. Two hours: AED 750.
- Majesty 56ft, 56 ft, up to 20 guests, Dubai Marina — AED 650/hour, 2-hour minimum. Two hours: AED 1,300; three: AED 1,950.
- Etosha, 58 ft, up to 28 guests, Dubai Marina — AED 1,000/hour, 3-hour minimum. Three hours: AED 3,000.
- Astra, 76 ft, up to 45 guests, Dubai Harbour — AED 2,000/hour. Three hours: AED 6,000.
- Lady B, 110 ft, up to 50 guests, Dubai Harbour, with a jacuzzi and bar — AED 5,000/hour, 4-hour minimum. Four hours: AED 20,000.
All five can be booked instantly. Owners change prices from time to time, so the price on the yacht page is the one that counts.
Can you rent a yacht for one hour?
Rarely. Only five boats on Aceplace take one-hour bookings, among them the Uno 35 sports cruiser (AED 350/hour, up to 9 guests, Dubai Marina Yacht Club), the Regal 33ft (AED 699/hour, up to 8) and the 61 ft Silver Creek (AED 1,100/hour, up to 30). An hour is enough to see the Marina towers and JBR from the water, but not to reach Atlantis or the Burj Al Arab and come back — for that, plan on two to three hours. Our Dubai yacht routes show what fits into each duration.
Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour?
Many people search for a yacht in Dubai Marina, but most boats actually leave from Dubai Harbour, the marina right next to JBR and Bluewaters: 98 of the 141 boats on Aceplace are berthed there, 25 in Dubai Marina and 12 at Dubai Marina Yacht Club. The trip is the same — the Marina skyline, Ain Dubai, the Palm, Atlantis — and so is the price: a 50–70 ft yacht costs a median AED 850 an hour from Dubai Harbour and AED 950 from Dubai Marina. Pick by the boat, not the marina; each yacht page shows exactly where you board.
What's included, and what isn't
The hourly price covers the yacht, the licensed captain and the crew. On almost every boat you also get drinking water and soft drinks, and on most, ice, towels and toiletries; the exact list is on each yacht page. Nearly all yachts have a Bluetooth sound system and an air-conditioned cabin; 60 have a BBQ grill, 46 a bar and 23 a jacuzzi.
Food, drinks beyond soft drinks, decorations, a photographer and transfers cost extra. We arrange them on request — catering from platters to a private chef — and quote for your date before you commit. Rules on bringing your own food and alcohol differ from yacht to yacht, so ask before the day.
What makes one yacht cost more than another
- Capacity. The licensed guest limit decides the size bracket. The crew can't take more people than the number on the yacht page.
- Age and brand. A new Sunseeker or Benetti costs more than an older boat of the same length.
- Extras on board. A jacuzzi, a bar, or a big flybridge puts a yacht at the top of its size range.
- The date. Owners may raise prices for peak dates, and special nights like New Year's Eve are sold as separate offers.
One thing that doesn't change the price: the number of people on board, as long as you stay within the limit. Five guests or fifteen, a 15-guest boat costs the same — so per person, a full boat is always cheaper. For the numbers by group size, see how much a yacht party costs.
If plans change
129 of the 141 yachts use the same cancellation scale: free more than 72 hours before the trip, 30% of the price at 72–48 hours, 50% at 48–24 hours and the full price in the last 24 hours. On every yacht you can also cancel for free within 24 hours of booking if the trip is at least 72 hours away. The policy is shown on each yacht page before you pay.
Questions people ask
How much is a yacht ride in Dubai per person?
Private yachts are priced for the whole boat, not per person. Fill a boat under 80 ft and it usually works out to AED 45–70 per guest per hour, and some go lower: the Majesty 56ft takes 25 guests for AED 700 an hour, AED 28 each.
Are there hidden extras?
The hourly price is for the yacht with its captain and crew. What else is included differs from boat to boat and is listed on each yacht page — if anything is unclear, ask us before you book and we'll check with the owner.
How far in advance should I book?
For a weekend sunset slot, a week or more. On weekdays you can often book the same week. 78 boats on Aceplace confirm instantly, so you know straight away.
Do I need a licence?
No. Every yacht goes out with a licensed captain. You need an original ID for each guest — a passport or Emirates ID.
