Guest requirements

Pregnant women are not allowed
People with bad back, neck, or heart problems are not allowed.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused to participate in water sports.
A good swimming level for water sports is necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Grace Period: You can cancel within 24 hours and get a full refund provided there's at least 72 hours before the charter start time
  • If guest cancels within 72 hours of the charter start time, 30% cancellation fee would apply.
  • If guest cancels within 48 hours of the charter start time, 50% cancellation fee would apply.
  • If guest cancels within 24 hours of the charter start time, 100% cancellation fee would apply.
  • Guests can request to reschedule the charter up to 24 hours before the charter start time.
  • Rescheduling of charter is subject to yacht availability (and additional charges may applied)
