1. Towels are not going to be provided.

2. Intoxicated or drunk guests upon arrival on the yacht will not be allowed and will result in cancellation without a refund.

3. No pets are allowed on board.

4. Guests are obliged to take off any footwear while on board.

5. Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht.

6. No refund will be given in case of any cancellation by the guest.

7. Trip rescheduling should be communicated 72 hours before the booking date and is subject to availability.

8. The trip will be automatically canceled (no refund) if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity of the booked boat or yacht.

9. It is not allowed to bring home any goods and objects from the boat or yacht fines will be imposed otherwise
